2. Registration & account security
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Payments & recharge
Online payments are processed by authorised payment gateways. The Nigam is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or gateways; failed transactions are refunded as per their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit false complaints.
5. Availability & changes
Services may be interrupted for maintenance. The Nigam may update these terms at any time; continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
